跟之前藍色巨人不同的是，新聞這次是寫神諭公司已跟太陽公司達成「definitive agreement」。什麼是「definitive agreement」？我也不知，只是看起來比較真一點…連太陽老董Scott McNealy都出來說「This combination is a natural evolution of our relationship and will be an industry-defining event」～所以，老總Jonathan Schwartz當然也要表達一下支持：「This is a fantastic day for Sun’s customers, developers, partners and employees across the globe, joining forces with the global leader in enterprise software to drive innovation and value across every aspect of the technology marketplace…」大家都出來對神喻歌功頌德一番，看在藍色巨人眼裡應該很不是滋味吧…BEA當初還沒人搶哩，現在太陽公司導致I跟O直接對幹，雖說現在神諭看來機會很大，但最好還是彼此進進出出多給他IO幾回合啦，看看能不能把低迷的企業IT市場炒的熱一點…

老實講，現在什麼交易都已經不新奇了，超過7.4B的案子也大有人在。不過正所謂置之死地而後生，無大破哪來大立！再多來一點！！

我的第一感覺是，神諭公司因為始終做不到像藍色巨人那樣買硬體送軟體而對藍色巨人幹的要死，現在就能了…
